I found the booking process to be very smooth when booking through Serene's website! I had the Myers' Cocktail and it was wonderful! I felt so refreshed and had more energy! It was such a nice atmosphere, they have heated/massage chairs, there is also a TV in the IV room - which was a nice addition. Nichole was very informative about all of questions I was asking. I even added on a B12 shot for additional energy - it was great! Nothing but amazing things I have to say about this place & the staff!
The booking process was great! I booked a facial for my girlfriend. She said she had a great experience & wants a gift certificate for every holiday.
Nichole is the sweetest person ever!! She is knowledgeable, compassionate and made my experience with cool peal amazing. She explained the process, what to expect after the procedure, and the results I could expect. I had about 15-20 minutes of a "sunburn" type of feeling after the peal but applied a cool washcloth off and on during that time and then it passed. I did have a red or sunburn look for about 24 hours. I love the results and would highly recommend it!! Lena
The staff is amazing, so incredibly relaxing and gentle. I’ve had several procedures done on my 53 yr old face in Atlanta GA., NY, CT, Miami FL, and CA.. Do not underestimate Serene Moments MS. My experience was more effective and personable than a big city. The explanation of my treatment was more than I could ask for. Im looking forward to going back soon! So come back and see my next review! I’m thinking Prp microneedling, and lip fillers.
